Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items are unused and in their original condition
  • Items are in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items have not been worn, washed, or altered
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate apparel and hygiene products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using the provided return label or instructions

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • It may take additional time for your bank to post the refund

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Different sizes or colors of the same item
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect items received

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will send you the correct item and arrange for the return of the incorrect item at no cost to you.

  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, particularly for large or special order items. Any applicable restocking fees will be communicated before you complete your return.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase.
